This singer was a six roll, six burner machine, rebuilt with eight rolls and four & one burners.

General Information:
    Assembly:   The singer is fully assembled and tested before shipping.  External connections are provided for necessary utilities, such as gas (natural or propane), water, compressed air, and combustion air.  The singer is completely pre-wires to a terminal strip for easy electrical hook up.
    Burners: The burners with stainless steel ribbons, alternately fire on both sides of the fabric and can be adjusted to fire directly or tangentially into the fabric.  Burners automatically rotate away from the roll and extinguish when the machine stops.
    Gas:  Individual Maxon air/gas multi-ratio mixers, provide independent control for each burner, from full capacity to minimum. The combustion system is completely enclosed within the cabinet.  Combustion turbo fan is furnished and is to be mounted externally.
    Flame Safeguard: Each flame is monitored with individual gas pilots, flame rods, and Underwriters approved protection control panel.
    Operators Control Panel:  The pre-wired control console is conveniently located on the side with on/off selector switch and indicating lights monitoring the full operation of the machine.
    Rolls: Choice of 6" or 8" diameter stainless steel, water cooled rolls. The rolls are mounted on sliding bearings so that the distance between roll and burner can be easily adjusted.
   Exhaust Hood:  A steel exhaust hod is furnished and comes with 24" to 30" diameter outlet.

Your old existing singer  ( Menzel , Cromtex , James Hunter , etc. outdated, non-reliable with questionable performance still has value. Through the Singer Exchange Program, we can rebuild and refurbish to like new quality according to your specifications.  We will use the existing frame and stainless steel rolls.
